Description

Located at Oyi local government area with a target population of fourteen thousand people.
The phc which is centrally located has four settlements in its coverage area. Motivation occurs rarely
during festive periods. A staff Charity Ebere says the motivation enhances performance of staff.

Records shows that over a dozen of patient were admitted between March and April 2018, and eight
babies were delivered during the same period. Public power supply is irregular and lamps are used
during deliveries .
Located at about 30 km from the general hospital, the phc has no ambulance no referal service occur in
the phc.
Thle phc is house as bungalows with about six beds which were poorly dressed.
Basic Laboratory test occur in the phc and done by workers.
Staffing at the phc , 3 medical officers 10 CHEW and 10 AMW run the phc on contract , while
labouratory technician , driver and pharmacist are non existent.
At the time of the visit, a woman delivered of a baby Ujunwa Joseph says services rendered at the phc
are commendable but drugs were paid for.
