Description

The Primary health Center is not fenced, no security post, it lacks quite a number of medical facilities and rooms for effective operation of the PHC. The building is a small one, having just two rooms and a small store room. No injection room, the environment is bushy, dirty, looks flooded and has an uncompleted building behind. The black leather delivery bed is at the exit corridor because there is no room, as the solar-powered vaccine refrigerator has occupied a room and the other room is the patient's ward. No electricity supply for the past 5years, they do not conduct blood test, urine test or sputum. The PHC suffers a dilapidated mud block constructed toilet building, no water system. The PHC has 3 staff with 1 voluntary workers.
