Phc Umueri located at Anambra east local government.
The staff of the phc were not available to supply information during the visit.
The phc was open but neither a staff nor a patient was in site
The phc has about three beds which were poorly dressed. Staff quarters is available.

A community member, Christiana Igwebu said the phc needs staff and the government should
allocate staff to the phc.
She said the phc needs supply if drugs to treat patient who visit the phc.
No ambulance was in the compound during the visit.
