Ajegunle PHC benefited from the NHIS MDG 2015 project but has no water though a decorated tanks, no power supply, the health assistants said they have an illegal connection to the pole, the wards are neats, they don't have drugs, they dont have supply, there is a residential room for staff, they only have patients on mondays and fridays due to antenatal session, no laboratory, no fence, the PHC current building which was renovated by painting and provision of water tank was built and commisioned during Alao Akala regime in 2010
