this is the mother PHC for all in saki west LGA, the only one that is fenced, the workers are fully in action only on Wednesdays when they ante natal sessions, they lack drugs as patients say they still tell them to buy drugs from pharmacy, the only ambulance onsite, a three wheel ambulance has a deflated Tyre and some of the staff said they don't use it, the patient relative has to get a bike or cab. they have a small generator which only works on Saturday, they have a laboratory and that is where all the health centres in saki go for their lab test. they ave tank and non-functioning bore hole. they have to spend amount of money on filling the tank from the money gotten from lab test and other mini expenses from patient and it is just renovated under NHIS MDG 2015
