In Isale Oba PHC located along Oke Ayin Road, Isale Oba, Igboora in Ibarapa Central Local Government Area of Oyo State, there is neither generated nor inverter, and power supply highly inconsistent.

The buildings, one of which was donated in 2003 by a former House of Representative member, are crying for renovation. The floor is messy, the nets are torn.

There are few wooden bunks but without bed. The few 4 beds available at the Center are scary. There is neither laboratory service nor laboratory technician. No ambulance services and referrals to private hospitals (because patients complain they don’t meet doctors at the General Hospital) are through public transport.

A doctor comes around once in a while and as such, no through medical examinations on patients. There are less than 5 permanent medical officers at the Center . Services render as at the Center are: immunization, family planning, delivery, ante and post natal, and treatment of minor ailments.

No laboratory services at the Center, patients use private laboratory if need be and there are no free drugs.
