The Piapung Primary Health Care Clinic is one of the best based on what is on the ground. There's water supply a borehole, electricity supply through a solar power source and the building is generally in good condition and clean. Interestingly they have a driver but don't have an ambulance. The road in and out of the community is bad and in raining season it could be worse.
