At PHC Palin they had an experience of a stolen generator in 2017. The incident was said to have occurred after someone impersonated a well known journalist by the name Nandom Kumwar. The impersonator made some inquiries during the day before some men of the underworld visited, tied up security personnel and made away with the PHC's generator. Currently there's electricity at the clinic. The clinic has an ambulance but it has been out of use.
