PHC Poeship is one of the few Primary Health Care Clinics that does not have a solar powered refrigerator, unlike most of the other PHCs we visited. The officer in charge at the clinic said an NGO promised them one and they expect it to arrive soon. There is water but no electricity at the facility. The building was last renovated in 2003, 15 years ago.
