Description

The Agbongbon Primary Health Center is located at the interior of Ibadan South West Local Government. The Center operates using a two suspended floor building and a bungalow for Environmental Health.

The paint of the main building is gradually fading and under rehabilitation as bamboos used as scaffolds are yet to be removed.

Power supply is commendable but patients or their relatives in need of water needs to walk distance to fetch from the well located near an open refuse and waste ground.

Toilet facilities is nothing to write home about Unnfortunately again, there is no ambulance service. Interlocks of the Center are already falling apart and grasses growing near the main building.
