Oranyan Maternity Center is located off Beere-Orita Apeerin Road, Ibadan.

There are no toilet facilities for patients as the available ones for staff are in an appalling state. Electricity supply is epileptic but the generator is available to salvage the condition.
Ambulance service is not available but there are irregular alternatives when the need arises.

Ten years after the Medical Ward was commissioned, there has not been any record of renovation and the Maternity Ward commissioned in 1990 hasn’t been renovated in recent years.

The Borehole stopped working long ago and the hand-drilled well is not a better alternative due to the nature of the terrain of the area.

Insufficiency of seats and space is another challenge of the Center as patients sit under tree shed. Basic services of the Oranyan maternity Center are; family planning, antenatal, immunization, health education and laboratory tests and drugs are being supplied by the Oyo state NHIS
