The staffs of Aba ALfa public health centre do not do overnight shifts because there are no arrangements for them to pass the night.
Should an indigene have a health crisis, he/she would have to go to the nearest general hospital which is a great distance from the community.
There is also the case of the irregular power supply. There is a generator, but it can only be in use when the patient or families of the patient agrees to fuel it.
