Building lacks mattresses, pillows, blankets and bed sheets. constant electricity supply, poor water supply (water gotten from borehole). Low staff motivation. Only urine and blood test conducted in the PHC. A total of 4 permanent staff only. No sign board to indicate the presence of the PHC in that community. No ambulance, relatives convey patient to nearby hospital in emergency cases.
