Idera/Ajegunle primary health center is located in Kosofe LGA. Apart from services, the structuring Is totally bad for a health care center. The inside is stuffy due to the fact that the container partitioned with wood is congested and over populated by staffs, equipment and others. They don't do small surgeries here, no delivery, no in-patients and ambulance service. No lab, no pharmacy, no doctor.
