Ikosi primary health centre Is located inside ikosi local government. The building is well structured but has no regular supply of electricity and has no alternative. According to the MOH and from observation a delivery was going on there without light. The centre has no toilet but shares the general toilet in the local government compound. The toilet is not properly hygienic and there is no light in the toilet. Medical test is conducted here also.
