Description

Though the Primary Health Care Clinic building itself is largely okay, the  staff are living in what can be described as a shack or even less. No ceiling, water or electricity and some of the windows have given way. The place was said to be originally a dispensary before being converted into a quarters for the staff. The original quarters is literarily falling apart.
