WATER SUPPLY IN POT AT PHC

PHC Kwanpe has a fairly good building, the place was left empty. There is no light or ambulance. Though the clinic was open neatly swept it still looks as if there is no serious activities going on there. One eye catching sight is a pot filled with water in one the rooms.
