Description

The Primary Health Centre in Dagbolu, Osogbo under lock as at the time of visit. Signpost in front of the centre showed that the centre was renovated as part of the MDG project by the state.
However, the place looks unkempt, not open as the padlock on the gate was rusted.
Grass has also grown around the compound.
The centre seems empty, but cannot be ascertained as we could not get inside.
