It took a combined effort of three men to open the rusted door of this PHC in Gbaye village in Shiroro LGA of Niger state only to be welcomed by a host of bats that have occupied the entire roof of the building. This comes after dealing with tall bushes that have occupied the entire compound.
Adorned with blue paint on the outside and yellow on the inside, each room was well spaced to meet up the standard of a typical health centre but apart from dust and cobwebs, nothing was found inside. No equipment.
